Our self-led trips model gives schools a fully planned, ready-to-run trip without the management fee. We design the entire itinerary, source and book every component including accommodation, food, activities and transport, and hand everything over to the school to pay the vendors directly.
Flights are the one exception — schools book those independently. Everything else is handled by ESL.
