1

Step 01

Enrichment analysis

We begin with a structured Enrichment Analysis, a collaborative process where we work with your leadership team to build a clear picture of your current provision, the gaps in your offer, and the opportunities ahead. We look at which students are currently accessing enrichment and, critically, who is not. We review your school improvement plan, pupil premium strategy, whole-school values framework and any existing enrichment activity. The output is an honest assessment of where you are, where you need to get to, and what universal entitlement to enrichment could look like for every young person in your school.

Trips only

We use this initial conversation to understand your requirements, year groups, budget and preferred destinations. We can also map your trip against the relevant Ofsted enrichment category so you have the evidence ready.

2

Step 02

Programme and trip design

For full service partners, we develop a Character Action Plan — a 12-month enrichment strategy built around the five Ofsted enrichment categories. Every activity and trip we recommend is mapped to these categories, giving you a clear, inspection-ready framework that links directly to your school improvement plan, pupil premium targets and whole-school values. We identify external funding opportunities at this stage that could offset costs for your school or individual pupils.

Step 03

Supplier sourcing and funding support

We go to market on your behalf using strategic best value procurement, leveraging our established provider relationships and collective buying power to secure the highest quality programmes at the lowest possible cost. We consistently deliver at an average of 34% below standard market rates. Where relevant, we identify and pursue low and no-cost sourcing options including grants, trusts, local authority funding, CSR partnerships and philanthropic sources. Our goal is to ensure no pupil is excluded on cost grounds and that every school can build a universal entitlement to enrichment, regardless of budget.

Supplier negotiation and pricing confirmation happens here. Funding support is available if needed.

Step 04

Bookings, logistics and delivery

Once your programme or trip is confirmed, we handle everything. Bookings, contracts, communications with providers, pre-departure information for parents and staff, compliance documentation and risk assessment support. Our job is to make the process completely seamless for your team so that staff can focus on their students, not the paperwork.

Trips only

Full booking and logistics management from confirmation through to departure. Identical process, same level of support.

Step 05

Impact tracking and reporting

We measure what matters. Using pre and post-programme surveys we track changes in student confidence, resilience, independence, teamwork and aspiration across each of the five Ofsted enrichment categories. For full service partners, this feeds into termly activity reports and an annual impact review, keeping governors, trustees and senior leaders fully informed on progress and outcomes. The annual review also plans the year ahead, ensuring your enrichment strategy continues to evolve, improve and deliver value. Everything is documented, evidenced and ready to use.

Trips only

Post-trip impact data is collected and provided as a summary report, ready to share with your leadership team.
