School Trips

High-quality trips, delivered at exceptional value

Explore cost-effective trips designed to broaden student experiences, reduce financial barriers, and take the pressure off staff through fully managed planning and delivery.

School trips

Trips that do more than get students there and back.

Every ESL trip is built around measurable outcomes. We handle all sourcing, negotiation, logistics and compliance so your staff do not have to, delivering an average 34% cost saving versus standard market rates. Structured leadership development and impact evidence are built into every programme as standard, not as extras and not for an additional fee.

Why ESL trips are different
Six things you will not get from a standard school trip provider. Most trip providers book the travel. We build the experience, the evidence and the outcomes around it.
Below-market pricing, every time
We negotiate directly with suppliers and pool volume across our school network to deliver an average 34% saving versus standard market rates. That saving goes back to your school and your students.
Ofsted-mapped outcomes built in
Every trip is designed around the five Ofsted personal development enrichment categories. You receive an inspection-ready evidence pack at the end of every programme, not just a photo album.
Reduced workload on your staff
We handle venue sourcing, supplier negotiation, bookings, logistics, risk frameworks, communications and compliance. Your staff plan and lead the trip. We do everything else.
Funding support included
We identify and explore external funding opportunities including pupil premium, grants, CSR and philanthropic sources, maximising participation for disadvantaged students before anyone pays a penny.
ABTA, ATOL and STF protected
All trips are delivered through our accredited delivery partners. Full financial protection, independently audited safety management and School Travel Forum accreditation as standard.
The ESL Leadership Syllabus
Every trip includes our structured student leadership programme at no extra cost. Students hold rotating roles, complete micro-planning tasks and receive individual written feedback. More on this below.

The ESL Leadership Syllabus

Most trips treat students as passengers. Ours treat them as leaders. The ESL Leadership Syllabus is built into every trip we deliver. Students hold rotating leadership roles across five areas of responsibility throughout the programme, completing structured decision-making tasks and micro-planning challenges each day. At the end of the trip, every student receives individual written feedback on their leadership contribution.

Daily wellbeing check-ins are embedded into the programme, giving staff early visibility of how each student is doing, and giving students a structured space to reflect on their experience.

Accommodation Meals Finance Itinerary Group coordination
1
Rotating leadership roles
Students take responsibility for accommodation, meals, finance, itinerary and group coordination in rotating daily roles throughout the trip.
2
Structured decision-making
Each role comes with real decisions to make and real consequences. Students are not given the answers. They are given the responsibility.
3
Micro-planning tasks
Daily planning challenges tied to the group's actual itinerary. Practical, meaningful and directly linked to the experience they are living.
4
Daily wellbeing check-ins
A structured daily reflection built into the programme so staff can monitor how every student is doing throughout the trip.
5
Individual written feedback
Every student receives personalised written feedback on their leadership contribution at the end of the trip. Something to take back to school and put in their portfolio.
Every ESL trip delivery partner is fully accredited. All providers are ABTA and ATOL protected, School Travel Forum assured, LOtC Quality Badge holders, with youth travel insurance included across all programmes.

"

It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You get to bond with friends and teachers, build confidence by speaking to locals, and try things you would never do at home.

"

I would tell anyone thinking about going just how eye-opening it is. It is authentic to Moroccan culture, emotional, raw, and genuinely like nothing else.
