Belgium is one of the most accessible and rewarding destinations for a school choir tour, with a rich choral tradition, stunning medieval architecture and a range of intimate performance venues that suit school groups. This four-day tour is built around two live performances: an evening concert in a church setting and an outdoor performance at a bandstand or market square, with day trips to Bruges and Ostend on either side.
The trip is designed specifically for term time, available across March, April, September and October 2026. Concert planning is handled end-to-end by a dedicated concert tour coordinator, including venue hire, all performing rights and copyright fees, publicity and advertising. Coach travel from the UK is included, with return channel crossings and all tolls covered. Based at HI Kortrijk, a modern hostel with private floors for school groups, well positioned for day trips across West Flanders.

Both performances are arranged end-to-end by your dedicated concert tour coordinator. Venue hire, all performing rights and copyright fees, publicity and advertising are included in the price. Piano and organ use is included where provided by the indoor venue. The two performances take place on the evenings of Days 2 and 3, following the day trips to Bruges and Ostend respectively.

HI Kortrijk
HI Kortrijk is a modern, recently refurbished hostel on the edge of Kortrijk in West Flanders, well positioned for day trips to Bruges, Ostend and the surrounding area. Private floors are available for school groups, giving the choir space away from other guests for rehearsal and evening wind-down. Students are housed in rooms of 4 to 6, with all adults in twin rooms. Half board is provided throughout, with breakfast and dinner at the hostel. Local tourist tax is included for all adult passengers.

This tour is available during term time only, across March, April, September and October 2026. Any group size. The price is valid against currency fluctuations until 30 June 2026, at which point it must be revalidated subject to any movements in currency value.
Payment plan: On booking £100 per student. 10 weeks later £100 per student. Balance due 10 weeks before departure.
