Programmes and activities

Enrichment that works for every school

From overseas adventures to onsite workshops, inspirational speakers to higher education visits, we source, design and deliver programmes across all eight activity types, mapped to the five Ofsted enrichment categories and built around your school's specific objectives.

Maintained schools and MATs

Character development and widening access

For state schools and trusts, our programmes focus on character development, raising aspiration and broadening horizons for young people who are least likely to access these experiences at home. We link every activity to your pupil premium strategy, school improvement plan and whole-school values, and identify external funding to maximise participation across your cohort.

Independent schools

Quality, variety and cost-effective delivery

For independent schools, we act as a strategic partner across your enrichment and trips programme, consolidating supplier relationships, removing workload from staff and delivering consistently below market rate. Whether you run three trips a year or thirty, we bring the same rigour, the same provider network and the same commitment to quality across everything we deliver.

What we deliver

Employer and careers engagement

Developing wider life skills / Civic engagement

Connecting students with employers and industry gives young people an understanding of the world of work that the classroom cannot replicate. We coordinate work experience insights, enterprise challenges, industry visits and careers events, aligned to your school's careers strategy and the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Higher education experiences

Developing wider life skills / Civic engagement

For many young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, a university visit is the first time higher education feels like a realistic possibility. We organise university visits, campus days and aspiration-raising events that open doors and raise ambition, with family engagement built in where appropriate.

Outdoor and adventure activities build confidence, courage and teamwork in ways that are simply not possible in a classroom. From weekly bushcraft sessions to one-off adventure days, we work with specialist providers to design programmes that challenge students appropriately and deliver measurable character development outcomes.
