Students hold rotating leadership roles across five areas of responsibility throughout the programme, completing structured decision-making tasks and micro-planning challenges each day. At the end of the trip, every student receives individual written feedback on their leadership contribution.
Daily wellbeing check-ins are embedded into the programme, giving staff early visibility of how each student is doing, and giving students a structured space to reflect on their experience.

Our self-led trips model gives schools a fully planned programme at cost price. We design the complete itinerary, source and book every component: accommodation, food, activities and transport. We hand everything over to the school. The school pays the vendors directly and books flights independently. Everything else is handled by ESL.
